Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the construction and drafting of new products.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical issues related to watch casing and continuously improve technical processes within the department.
- Analyze the feasibility of requests from the Product department.
- Identify technical-aesthetic compromises with the Development and Product teams.
- Construct products based on specifications that meet TAG Heuer's technical, industrial, and aesthetic standards.
- Ensure the robustness and eco-responsibility of products.
- Introduce innovations in constructions, including new concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure information sharing with suppliers and internal departments regarding constructions, justifying and documenting design choices during design reviews, and analyzing technical risks with stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of information stored in systems, particularly technical codification.
- Lead the resolution of cross-functional technical issues identified by quality assurance, after-sales service, and production to implement sustainable solutions quickly.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in watchmaking.
- Experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
- Knowledge of machining processes and industrialization constraints.
