TAG Heuer in Signy, Switzerland seeks a Sponsorship & Ambassadors Intern for a 6‑month internship starting May 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and on‑the‑ground delivery of sponsorship and ambassador activations across sports and lifestyle partnerships.
- Manage project logistics: product orders, merchandising shipments, invoicing, and budget tracking to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee day‑to‑day administration of partnership projects, including order placement, vendor follow‑up, travel and hospitality bookings, attendee tracking and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update internal and external communication tools and materials (activation calendar, playbook, website, media portal, best practices).
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with structured planning documents to advance global initiatives.
- Research gifting and branding concepts for partner events and ambassador milestones, including ideation, benchmarking, supplier proposals and follow‑up.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in luxury goods and sport; demonstrable passion for the brand.
- Proven aptitude for planning, logistics, administration and event/project coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to prepare clear reports, tracking documents and presentations.
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and respond constructively to feedback.

Entry‑level — open to recent graduates. No prior professional experience in sponsorships is required; demonstrable interest in luxury and sports partnerships is expected.
Education
University degree in Business Management or Marketing.
