TAG Heuer in Signy, Switzerland seeks a Sponsorship & Ambassadors Intern for a 6‑month internship starting May 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and on‑the‑ground delivery of sponsorship and ambassador activations across sports and lifestyle partnerships.
  • Manage project logistics: product orders, merchandising shipments, invoicing, and budget tracking to ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administration of partnership projects, including order placement, vendor follow‑up, travel and hospitality bookings, attendee tracking and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update internal and external communication tools and materials (activation calendar, playbook, website, media portal, best practices).
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with structured planning documents to advance global initiatives.
  • Research gifting and branding concepts for partner events and ambassador milestones, including ideation, benchmarking, supplier proposals and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in luxury goods and sport; demonstrable passion for the brand.
  • Proven aptitude for planning, logistics, administration and event/project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to prepare clear reports, tracking documents and presentations.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and respond constructively to feedback.

Experience
