Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support and communication with TAG Heuer partners in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands via phone and email.
- Collaborate in the Customer Care department to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer master data, including new openings, changes, closures, and contract documents.
- Assist Sales Managers in daily operations, such as creating product availability lists, assortment overviews, and product data sheets.
- Prepare presentations for product launches.
- Support selective distribution agreements and annual negotiations.
- Participate in sales administration tasks, including order entry, invoice verification, and document filing.
- Assist in product allocation according to sell-in targets and customer budgets.
- Contribute to reporting tasks, including sell-in/sell-out analyses and sales overviews.
- Work closely with the headquarters in Switzerland on sales-related projects.
- Support local, cross-departmental projects, such as sales and distribution strategies.
- Organize and manage Family & Friends Sales within the LVMH Group.
- Assist TAG Heuer boutiques with orders, returns, and product availability inquiries.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ideally, initial practical experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
