TAG Heuer Seoul seeks a Retail Trainer to drive boutique performance through on‑the‑floor coaching and training.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver on‑the‑floor coaching to retail teams to elevate selling skills, product storytelling and client engagement.
  • Observe live client interactions and provide immediate, actionable feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Translate global training strategy into practical point‑of‑sale behaviours and support product launches with targeted retail coaching.
  • Drive sales performance by reinforcing KPIs (conversion, ASP, client development) and collaborating with boutique managers to close performance gaps.
  • Analyze Mystery Shopping and NPS results to identify training needs and deliver focused interventions to improve service quality.
  • Manage e‑learning content, track completion, localize global training materials, and communicate updates via monthly training newsletters.
  • Provide regular qualitative field insights and reports to the Senior Training Manager to inform continuous improvement of training programmes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, retail training or sales; watch industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence behavioural change in a boutique retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and demonstrated capability to translate training into measurable sales outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong observation and constructive feedback capabilities.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, retail training or sales roles; prior experience with watches or jewellery retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of improving boutique KPIs and influencing in‑store behaviour through coaching.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
