Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop watch movements and complications for both industrial and high-end horology products.
- Research technical solutions according to the design brief and customer perception standards.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including plans, bill of materials, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with all company departments, including laboratory, quality, methods, purchasing, and after-sales service.
- Identify, analyze, and synthesize all technical parameters in the design dossier to ensure control until movement homologation.
- Actively contribute to the reliability of the existing caliber portfolio based on quality and market feedback.
- Propose innovative horological concepts.
Qualifications
- HES Engineer in horological construction or technician in horological construction with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CREO and Windchill (PLM) software.
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office).
- Rigorous, autonomous, and dynamic, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within horological construction.
Education
HES Engineer in horological construction or equivalent technical qualification.
