Media & Performance Specialist
TAG Heuer in Dubai seeks a Media & Performance Specialist to lead regional media strategy across Middle East & India, driving ROAS and agency performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and steer regional media strategy across the Middle East & India (KSA, Kuwait, Pakistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Oman, India, Turkey, Israel), ensuring alignment with brand positioning and regional priorities.
- Brief, manage and evaluate external media agencies across channels (brand & performance media, paid social, always-on, search/SEA, programmatic, CTV, OOH) and establish regular collaboration rhythms (briefings, performance reviews, debriefs).
- Own the regional media performance dashboard (ThePlan and equivalent tools); monitor ROAS, CPM, CTR, SOV, reach & frequency and other KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Validate and challenge country-level media plans; identify under- and over-performing markets and propose data-driven reallocations to maximise ROI.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution and product launches (seasonal and localised initiatives), ensuring timely asset delivery, brand compliance and market relevance.
- Lead A/B testing of creatives and landing pages, iterate rapidly based on CTR, CVR and downstream conversion metrics, and embed learnings into planning cycles.
- Manage media budget oversight for the zone (representing ~50% of the regional marketing envelope): track YTD/YTG spend, reconcile invoices with Finance, and report on commitments and spend accuracy.
- Act as primary regional liaison with HQ, regional marketing teams and local partners to distribute global assets, ensure localisation and maintain full budget accountability.
- Monitor regional media and consumer trends to surface new platforms, formats and targeting opportunities; lead post-campaign analysis and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in media planning, digital performance, or media-agency management; Luxury, Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record managing and optimising significant multi-market media budgets and agency relationships.
- Fluent English (required); Arabic (written and spoken) highly desirable.
- Deep expertise across paid social, search (SEA), programmatic, CTV and OOH, and strong understanding of the Middle East & India media landscape.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in media measurement frameworks (ROAS, brand lift, reach & frequency, attribution modeling).
- Rigorous attention to detail and experience working with Finance for invoice reconciliation and budget controls.

Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in media planning, digital performance or media agency management, with proven responsibility for multi-market budgets, cross-border campaign coordination and hands-on use of performance dashboards and measurement frameworks. Luxury, retail or FMCG sector experience and familiarity with Middle East & India markets are strong advantages.
Education
Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or equivalent.
