Role & Responsibilities

  • Formalize and audit the logistics processes of the manufacturing units.
  • Map and document current logistics processes.
  • Conduct field audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and risks.
  • Contribute to the standardization of operational procedures.
  • Participate in the Gap Analysis for the definition of the Core Model logistics for manufacturing.
  • Analyze discrepancies between existing logistics processes at headquarters and industrial sites.
  • Assist in drafting recommendations for process optimization towards standard definition.

Qualifications

  • Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience (internship or university project) in logistics or project management is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
  • Diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Valid driver's license.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship or university project in logistics or project management.
