Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement personnel-related topics for three brands.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle for interns and working students, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Support the development and execution of internal and external HR projects and communication campaigns.
  • Conceptualize, organize, and execute internal or international HR projects and events.
  • Assist in personnel administration and support the local CSR team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in writing clear, audience-targeted texts in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to trying new methods.
  • Absolute confidentiality, high commitment, and an efficient, independent work style.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Creative problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Ideal candidates should have some initial professional experience in HR or management-related fields.

Education

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
