TAG Heuer is hiring a Client Advisor in Singapore — deliver boutique sales, client development and after‑sales service for TAG Heuer Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Boutique Manager and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through regular clienteling, follow-ups and personalised after‑sales support.
  • Support day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory management, stock control and housekeeping.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand image and seasonal directives.
  • Coordinate after-sales service monitoring within the customer database and assist with in-store marketing and client events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating product knowledge and upholding TAG Heuer’s image at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail (boutique environment); watches industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven sales orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent customer-service focus and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support boutique operational needs.

Experience

At least three years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a proven sales record and familiarity with boutique operations, stock management and visual merchandising. Prior exposure to the watch industry or high-end accessories is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management preferred.
