Client Advisor
TAG Heuer is hiring a Full-time Client Advisor in San Diego, CA to drive boutique sales, clienteling and omnichannel experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by owning individual KPIs — proactively prospecting, converting traffic and achieving sales targets while delivering memorable, personalised client experiences.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through systematic clienteling: outreach, appointment setting, personalised follow-ups and data-driven communications.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, communicating TAG Heuer’s heritage, collections and technical advantages with clarity and conviction.
- Operate omnichannel sales processes to ensure a seamless client journey across in‑store, phone and digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to store operations and retail excellence: inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing procedures and compliance with internal control policies.
- Execute Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and window animation; propose merchandising, event and assortment ideas to boost local sales.
- Use and maintain CRM and retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and coordinate after‑sales service until watch return.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and participating in boutique upkeep.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or premium goods sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English (required); additional languages strongly advantageous.
- Solid knowledge or strong interest in watches, lifestyle trends, sports and related technologies.
- Demonstrable selling skills: discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling and closing.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, volume/value sales, ASP, mix) and clienteling metrics.
- Proven ability to use retail systems and digital tools, specifically CEGID and Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Professional presentation, high integrity, strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to represent the Maison at events.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with documented success in client acquisition, appointment‑driven selling and meeting individual sales KPIs. Experience with watches or high‑end accessories preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, marketing or luxury retail management preferred but not mandatory.
