Client Advisor
TAG Heuer seeks a full‑time Client Advisor in Nashville, USA — boutique role focused on sales, clienteling and events. $20–$22/hr plus commission.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and effective use of KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix).
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and grow the active client base through systematic clienteling, outreach and appointment-setting.
- Represent the brand in and outside the boutique, including in-store events and external brand activations, communicating TAG Heuer’s story and technical product details.
- Operate and optimise omnichannel touchpoints to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and digital channels.
- Execute daily store operations under boutique management: inventory handling, cash procedures, security, store opening/closing and adherence to retail policies.
- Manage aftersales coordination until product return, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and contribute to store upkeep.
- Use retail systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce) for client data capture, sales processing and reporting, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably in watches or high-end accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and delivering measurable client development results.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail procedures, clienteling principles and omnichannel selling.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the Maison at events and externally.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with direct responsibility for sales targets, client development and boutique operations. Prior experience with watches or high‑value accessories and demonstrated success in clienteling and omnichannel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in retail, business, hospitality or luxury brand management is a plus.
