Client Advisor
TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor for its Las Rozas Village boutique in Madrid — sales and clienteling role within LVMH Watches & Jewellery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences.
- Develop and grow an active client base through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointment management.
- Represent the brand in and outside the boutique, participating in events and building long-term client relationships.
- Operate omnichannel sales processes and leverage all client touchpoints to maximise conversion and retention.
- Execute daily retail operations under boutique management (inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing, security).
- Use CRM and POS systems (Salesforce, CEGID) to capture qualitative client data and convert insights into personalised outreach.
- Coordinate after‑sales processes until product return and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation) and contribute to store maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and executing client development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong presentation and brand ambassador capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and to propose commercial initiatives.
- Experience with CRM/POS systems (Salesforce, CEGID) or similar platforms; strong digital literacy.
- High integrity, teamwork orientation and adherence to grooming and visual merchandising guidelines.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally with direct experience in watches or jewellery and demonstrated success in client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
