Client Advisor
TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Capri (temporary, on-site) to drive boutique sales and client development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and effective closing techniques.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships using personalised clienteling to grow the active client base and repeat business.
- Collect, maintain and leverage qualitative client data to execute targeted follow‑up and personalised communication.
- Deliver exceptional in‑store experiences that reflect TAG Heuer’s brand DNA, product knowledge and storytelling.
- Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, grooming standards and adherence to retail processes and KPIs.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to meet team objectives and assist in cross‑selling and service activities.
- Adopt and utilise digital tools provided by the brand to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales.
- Proven selling abilities: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, objection handling and closing.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics, with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; personable, energetic and self‑motivated.
- Professional grooming, high integrity and ability to apply brand standards consistently.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years’ hands‑on experience in luxury retail or premium watches/jewellery, with a demonstrable track record of meeting quantitative sales targets and developing a loyal client portfolio.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in sales, retail management, luxury brand management or related fields is an advantage.
