Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, customer, market trend, and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business initiatives' effectiveness.
  • Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory requirements.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and strategic plans with data-driven recommendations and scenario analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and lead weekly manager meetings to provide business updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in the retail sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail performance or business control/FP&A with a strong business orientation.
  • Fluent in English and Korean.

Skills

Excellent planning knowledge and experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, APO). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail performance or business control/FP&A with a strong business orientation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
