Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve boutique objectives through active participation on the sales floor.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Lead and motivate the team by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service and embodying TAG Heuer's values.
- Develop long-term client relationships and oversee clienteling objectives.
- Supervise boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and managing store expenses.
