Store Manager
Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager (CDI) in Paris to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and service KPIs.
- Recruit, develop and coach retail staff; set individual and team targets and manage performance.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service to cultivate repeat high-value clientele.
- Oversee merchandising, window display and in-store presentation to ensure strict adherence to brand visual standards.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stocktakes and shrinkage prevention procedures.
- Control operating expenses, assist with local budgeting and provide regular commercial reporting to regional management.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and store-level promotional activity in line with the brand strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and retail security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a retail team and drive commercial results.
- Strong customer-service orientation and experience in high-end or luxury retail environments.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing sales KPIs and basic financial indicators (sales, margin, stock turn).
- Knowledge or strong interest in watches and jewellery is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods; flexible and resilient.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales and margin targets.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
