Swatch seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate in Stockholm for a summer role at Swatch Store Stockholm.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service and proactively engage visitors to convert footfall into sales.
- Provide authoritative product advice across Swatch collections and accessory ranges to match client needs and preferences.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash/card procedures in line with store policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to Swatch standards and ensure daily store presentation is immaculate.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock; assist with inventory counts and stock management procedures.
- Support in-store promotions, product launches and events; collaborate with the retail team to achieve weekly and seasonal sales targets.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasonal hours, to cover store opening requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a branded or fashion retail environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver consultative selling in a fast-paced store.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- Right to work in Sweden for the duration of the seasonal contract and availability throughout the summer period.

Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred; prior seasonal retail work or experience in branded stores is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail qualifications are advantageous but not required.
