Sales Assistant
Swatch seeks a Full-time Sales Assistant (fixed-term 1 year) in Frankfurt Roßmarkt to sell Swatch & Flik Flak, deliver visual merchandising and drive customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey by greeting customers, understanding needs, and converting enquiries into sales of Swatch and Flik Flak watches.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain compelling, on-brand product displays and window presentations.
- Communicate the brand story and product features clearly to create emotional connection and drive purchase intent.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate till reconciliation.
- Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control, receiving deliveries and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and client follow-up.
- Contribute to store events, local marketing initiatives and collaborative team activities to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Maintain store presentation, visual standards and compliance with company procedures for health, safety and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for retail, watches and lively, design-led brands; creative approach to storytelling and merchandising.
- Customer-focused communication skills with the ability to build rapport and advise diverse client profiles.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
- Professional reliability, numerical accuracy for transaction processing and attention to visual detail.
- Right to work in Germany.
Skills
Experience
Previous customer-facing retail or sales experience is preferred; experience in watches, accessories, fashion or fast-moving retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (Realschule / Abitur) or equivalent; vocational retail training is advantageous but not mandatory.
