Swatch seeks a Part-time Sales Assistant in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy — temporary retail role focused on sales, client service and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service to drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.
  • Advise clients on product features, technical attributes and styling, with particular attention to watch craftsmanship and brand heritage.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, handle cash and ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Receive, inspect and organize stock; assist with inventory counts and basic stock control procedures.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness, product displays and compliance with loss-prevention policies.
  • Assist in-store events, promotional activities and collaborative initiatives with the store team.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, ideally 1+ year in luxury retail, watches or fashion.
  • Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a luxury brand environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak tourist seasons.
  • Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Experience
