Sales Assistant
Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant (Full-time, 1-year contract) for its KaDeWe store in Berlin. Sell Swatch & Flik Flak and deliver visual storytelling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging customer journey from greeting to sale, advising clients on product benefits and styling.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting Swatch and Flik Flak collections.
- Own visual merchandising and in-store storytelling to maintain compelling product displays aligned with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, execute replenishment and support inventory counts.
- Build client relationships through proactive clienteling and post-sale service.
- Collaborate with store management and contribute to local marketing or promotional activities within KaDeWe.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for retail, visual merchandising and storytelling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging an international clientele.
- Customer-focused mindset with a persuasive, consultative selling style.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in Germany.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required; experience in watches, accessories or luxury goods is advantageous. Ideally 1+ year in a customer-facing sales role.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; retail or commercial training is a plus.
