Swatch is hiring a Retail Keyholder in Atlanta, GA (Lenox Square). Full-time role overseeing store operations, client service and merchandising.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the Lenox Square boutique with full responsibility for store security and cash handling procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling and product expertise.
  • Support sales targets by converting foot traffic, advising on timepieces and jewelry, and executing guided selling techniques.
  • Supervise daily floor operations and act as second-in-command in the manager’s absence, including staff coaching and shift coordination.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory integrity and perform regular stock counts to minimise shrinkage.
  • Execute loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies and point-of-sale (POS) procedures.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to assume responsibility for store keys, cash and confidential client information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry or premium fashion; prior responsibility for opening/closing duties or supervisory duties strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certificate in retail, hospitality, or luxury brand management is a plus.
