Keyholder (Part-time)

Role & Responsibilities

• Open and close the boutique; assume accountability for store keys, cash drawer and daily takedown procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver exemplary luxury client service and clienteling, developing and maintaining lasting relationships with high-value customers.
• Drive sales performance through proactive selling, product presentation and by supporting store targets and KPIs.
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, window displays and upkeep of product presentation consistent with brand directives.
• Perform cash handling, reconciliation and POS transactions accurately and securely.
• Manage stockroom operations, receive and process deliveries, perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Enforce loss-prevention measures and escalate security or operational incidents to management promptly.
• Coach and support sales colleagues during shifts; deputise for the Store Manager on operational matters and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven reliability, integrity and the ability to assume responsibility for keys and cash handling.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, service-oriented manner appropriate for luxury retail.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and to perform standing, walking and light physical tasks during shifts.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods or watches, with demonstrated experience in sales and supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training is desirable.
