Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the security of the store premises and merchandise.
- Support the store management team in daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
