Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR activities and processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Provide support in performance management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a human resources role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role is preferred.

Education
