Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the watchmaking workshop.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols within the workshop.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory of materials and tools.
- Provide training and support to watchmakers and technicians.
- Monitor and report on workshop performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a watchmaking or similar technical environment.
- Strong understanding of watchmaking processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in quality control and safety standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the watchmaking industry.
Education
