Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain safety protocols within the workshop.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory of materials and tools.
  • Provide training and support to watchmakers and technicians.
  • Monitor and report on workshop performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a watchmaking or similar technical environment.
