Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with brand managers to ensure training content aligns with brand values and objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail teams to ensure consistent application of training.
• Coordinate with store managers to schedule training sessions and ensure maximum participation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
• Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
