Supply Chain Coordinator
Swatch Group Gems in Cormondrèche, Switzerland seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator (80–100%) to manage procurement, logistics and supplier relations for gemstones.
Overview
Swatch Group Services is part of the Swatch Group, a global leader in watchmaking with a portfolio spanning 16 horological and jewellery maisons including Blancpain, Breguet, Omega, Longines, Tissot and Swatch. Swatch Group Gems, a division within Swatch Group Services, centrally sources and manages diamonds and precious stones for the Group's brands, operating at the intersection of luxury craftsmanship, compliance and global logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for diamonds and precious stones, including purchase order management, supplier follow-up and delivery tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (product development, procurement, quality, manufacturing and finance) to align demand, lead times and inventory requirements.
- Manage import/export logistics and documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade controls and company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and quality metrics; initiate corrective actions and support supplier development where necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliations and periodic audits.
- Prepare operational reports and forecasts to support planning and decision-making; escalate risks to avoid supply interruptions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce lead times and enhance traceability across the value chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related discipline.
- Practical knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation and Incoterms.
- Demonstrable experience working with suppliers and managing international logistics in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude and advanced Excel skills for reporting and inventory management.
- High level of precision, confidentiality and understanding of the luxury/jewellery value chain is an advantage.

Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, preferably within the luxury goods, watchmaking, jewellery or precious stones sectors; experience with international suppliers and customs processes is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
