Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
