Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute store design concepts that align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure cohesive store presentation.
  • Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality execution of design projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail store design, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful project execution.

Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store design, with a focus on luxury retail environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
