Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand protection strategies and online intellectual property enforcement.
  • Provide expert legal advice on IP matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies to safeguard brand integrity across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IP infringements and mitigate risks.
  • Manage external legal counsel and coordinate with international legal teams.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
  • Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
  • Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.

Experience
