Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
  • Manage organizational change and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software. Analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Fluency in English and German.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the luxury or manufacturing sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
