Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalised customer service and clienteling to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation through visual merchandising, window dressing and adherence to brand display standards.
  • Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish merchandise and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Support store promotions, local events and product launches; proactively engage customers and build loyalty.
  • Participate in mandatory trainings and product knowledge sessions; apply new skills to sales interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, cash handling and company safety and operational policies.

Qualifications

  • Legal right to work in France for the full contract period (07/04/2026–31/08/2026) and availability for a 35-hour workweek.
  • Professional, client-focused demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, ideally within watches, jewellery or luxury accessories.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing retail experience; experience in watch, jewellery or luxury retail is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or hospitality training is an asset.
