Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to boutique clients and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Swatch watches, accessories and related collections to advise customers confidently.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle payments and maintain accurate cash management procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation to Swatch visual merchandising standards: window displays, shelving, signage and product rotation.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish sales floor and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Support promotional events and launch activity in-store and liaise with store management to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability for a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 35 hours per week from 01.04.2026 to 31.05.2026, with ability to work retail shifts including weekends.
- Proven customer-facing retail experience; prior experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Numerate and detail-oriented; comfortable operating POS systems and handling transactions.
- Legal right to work in France.

Experience
Previous experience in boutique or luxury retail is preferred; candidates with 1+ years in customer-facing sales roles — ideally in watches, jewellery or fashion — will be advantaged. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with store routines is expected.
Education
Secondary education (baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is a plus.
