Swatch Group seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Deauville, France — permanent 35h boutique sales role delivering client service and product expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client‑focused sales service and product advice to customers in the Swatch boutique.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and clienteling.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock intake, tagging and periodic stock counts.
  • Participate in brand and product training; contribute to a collaborative team environment and share product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in retail (minimum 1 year), preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion.
  • Commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Professional command of French; English proficiency desirable.
  • Polished interpersonal manner, strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a 35‑hour contract with flexibility for weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Minimum one year of retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury fashion; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; formal retail or sales training is a plus.
