Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
