Swatch Group seeks an Operations Specialist in Miami, USA to manage supply chain, logistics and inventory for its multi-brand watch portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational processes for the regional hub, including inventory control, order fulfilment and inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement and distribution teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimize stock levels across multi-brand product lines.
  • Operate and maintain ERP workflows (including SAP) and generate regular operational and KPI reports using Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve shipping, customs and compliance issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis.
  • Support production planning and demand forecasting cycles; escalate supply constraints and propose mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, internal controls and corporate policies across operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience in operational KPI reporting and basic data analysis (Power BI or SQL advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party logistics providers and complex international shipments.

Experience

Mid-level operational experience in supply chain, logistics or production support—typically 3+ years in a manufacturing, distribution or retail environment, preferably within luxury goods, watchmaking or precision industries. Demonstrable experience with ERP systems and international logistics is expected.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; professional certifications (APICS/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
