Marketing & Commercial Assistant (Fixed-term, 4 months)
Swatch Group (Breguet) — Paris: 4-month fixed-term Marketing & Commercial Assistant role supporting retail and local marketing operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day commercial support to the Breguet retail and wholesale teams in Paris, including order follow-up, stock monitoring and invoicing liaison.
- Coordinate local marketing operations: prepare point-of-sale materials, brief suppliers, and assist with visual merchandising and boutique activations.
- Support client-facing initiatives by preparing client dossiers, coordinating VIP appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Produce commercial and marketing reports and presentations (sales performance, product launches, campaign tracking) for local management and HQ.
- Assist in the organisation and on-site execution of events, trunk shows and product launches, ensuring brand standards and guest experience.
- Act as a conduit between the Paris retail network and central teams (product, marketing, logistics) to ensure timely information flow and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced luxury retail or brand environment; previous exposure to watchmaking or fine jewellery is advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-oriented manner.
- Availability for a fixed-term contract of four months in Paris and legal right to work in France.
- Proficiency in common office tools and comfort producing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years' relevant experience in luxury retail, brand marketing or commercial support; internships or agency experience within the watch or jewellery sector will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
