IT Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programmes, defining scope, schedule, budget and quality criteria while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — including business units, operations, finance and external vendors — to drive project milestones and decision-making.
- Manage third-party suppliers and integrators, negotiating contracts, overseeing deliverables and enforcing service-level agreements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers and change control processes; proactively identify and mitigate programme risks.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews and acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tailor governance to project scale and complexity.
- Monitor project financials, report status to senior management, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business benefits.
- Promote knowledge transfer and continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and establishing best-practice processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent); Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) advantageous.
- Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale IT implementations, ideally including ERP, CRM or digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrable vendor and stakeholder management experience within a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing project governance artifacts: business cases, risk logs and RACI matrices.

Typically 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional programmes and delivery of ERP, infrastructure or enterprise software initiatives in an international corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent professional experience.
