Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
