Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the human resources department for the assigned watch brand.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the brand's business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within the luxury or watchmaking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
