Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the human resources department for the assigned watch brand.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the brand's business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within the luxury or watchmaking industry.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
