Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury retail or watchmaking industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish or French.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the luxury goods sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.
