Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within the retail or commercial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
