Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets for Omega.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align commercial activities with brand objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role within the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of the watchmaking market and consumer trends.

Skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial management role within the luxury sector, preferably in watchmaking.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
