Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
