Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and store profitability goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Skills

Experience
