Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Education
