Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager in King of Prussia, PA to support boutique operations and sales at the King of Prussia store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales through active client engagement, upselling and personalised customer follow-up.
  • Ensure showroom visual merchandising and product presentation adhere to brand standards and promotional calendars.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, transfers and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Prepare staff schedules, assist with payroll inputs and ensure labour efficiency against budgeted targets.
  • Collaborate with district leadership on local marketing initiatives, events and clienteling activities.
  • Analyse sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maximise KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail; luxury or watch/jewellery experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to visual standards and stock control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished client-facing demeanour.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewellery; experience achieving sales targets and managing boutique operations is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
