Role & Responsibilities

  • Report daily e-warehouse production and weekly e-transportation performance.
  • Follow up on outbound operations to ensure on-time order handovers.
  • Support inbound operations to secure timely product availability.
  • Manage shipping claims with 3PL partners.
  • Support customer claim management.
  • Follow up on returns to vendors and returns to warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or initial experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP. Curious, results-driven, and customer-focused. Efficient communicator. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with high responsibility. Fluency in English and German.

Experience

Beginner level experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
