Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and annual activation plan for Trade Marketing, ensuring alignment with offer teams, brand marketing, and partner brands.
- Implement and develop detailed briefs for Trade Marketing activations across Europe, maintaining consistency with the brand and the 360° marketing strategy.
- Create Trade Marketing assets such as EDG, tables, podiums, and Beauty Hubs to maximize brand impact and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the development of activations in collaboration with brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders, managing planning, budgets, and market deployment.
- Advise and guide brands on in-store experiences and activations, including gifts with purchase and services.
- Share best practices and guidelines with brands and brand marketing managers.
- Ensure smooth communication with markets and support local production and implementation.
- Conduct store visits and benchmarks to assess activation impact and inspire retail innovations.
- Provide trade activation reports and post-mortems on brand impact and business performance in collaboration with brand marketing teams.
- Maintain internal tools to ensure seamless implementation of European Trade Marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing and/or trade marketing.
- Experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience in the luxury sector and/or with a retailer is advantageous.
- International experience is highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
