Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
- Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote Sephora’s values.
- Enhance team performance and support internal talent development.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
- Energize the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Create meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events and visual merchandising.
- Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a positive culture where team members are valued and recognized.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivation and coaching.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.
